UK DELIVERIES
All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and shipped via Royal Mail First Class. If your parcel is urgent please email us and we will endeavour to send your order as a priority. Total shipment will be calculated at the checkout, but please feel free to contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note Artme Ltd does not accept responsibility for additional charges such as import duty and tax and custom charges that customers may incur when orders arrive in the designated country. Please also note individual customs services may open wrapped parcels and cause delays to your shipment, this is unfortunately beyond our control.
Flat rate shipping is available at the following rates, and can take up to 14 working days, please feel free to email us for a precise quote.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, however please note once you receive your shipping notification email shipping costs may be incurred. Please see ‘RETURNS’ below for details. Unfortunately we are unable to take any responsibility for delays caused by the couriers we use, but we will provide you with a tracking number for both standard and next working day delivery. If you do not receive your parcel or failed delivery notification within the time specified please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
RETURNS
We take every care to ensure all parcels are carefully protected and wrapped, and unfortunately we cannot accept liability for any damage caused in transit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at enquiries@artmeltd.co.uk and send your item to: 78 Pearcroft Road London GB E11 4DR.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Should you wish to cancel your order after shipping or return upon receipt you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs which are non-refunable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned to us due to an incorrect address, or a parcel not being collected will incur a further delivery charge for reshipping payable to the customer.
However, should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and your refund will be processed and the cost of returned shipping refunded along with the cost of the goods. Please note this will be credited via your original payment method which may take some time to process.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
